Honor Your Body. Embrace Your Power.

Classes Designed for the Way Women Move.

Discover thoughtfully designed classes that support your strength, balance, and well-being—no matter where you’re starting from. From functional strength training to restorative movement, each class at RevFit is crafted to honor the female body and help you feel strong, capable, and connected.

  • This class blends gentle movement with breath awareness, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and calm your nervous system. This class moves at a mindful pace, offering time to explore each posture with clarity and control. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking a more grounded, meditative experience. Leave feeling centered, restored, and refreshed.

  • This class blends slow flow with functional mobility work to support joint health, improve range of motion, and promote better posture and body awareness. Move intentionally through controlled transitions, active stretches, and stabilizing exercises designed to help you feel more capable and pain-free in everyday life. Great for all levels—especially those looking to move better, not just more.

  • Barre combines small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high-rep strength exercises to target the full body with an emphasis on core, glutes, and legs. Using the barre for support, light weights, and bodyweight resistance, clients will build endurance, improve posture, and build strength.

  • Barre Fusion blends the lengthening, posture-enhancing movements of traditional barre with the power and intensity of strength training. Expect a dynamic mix of high-rep, low-impact barre sequences and functional strength exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight. This total-body workout targets the core, glutes, and upper body while improving balance, endurance, and muscular definition.

  • Mat Pilates is a core-focused, low-impact workout designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Using precise, controlled movements and breath awareness, this class targets deep stabilizing muscles—especially in the abdominals, back, and hips. Expect a full-body workout that challenges your balance, alignment, and muscular endurance—all on the mat, with optional props like resistance bands or Pilates rings.

  • LIFT is a full-body strength training class that incorporates dumbbells, suspension trainer, barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. This class focuses on proper form, progressive overload, and functional movement to support everyday strength and resilience. Each session is thoughtfully programmed to challenge all major muscle groups while keeping it accessible and low-impact.

  • StrongHER is a no-cardio, full-body training session that blends classic barbell lifts with challenging bodyweight strength work. You'll move with intention through squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls, then apply that power with core-intensive and mobility-based bodyweight movements like push-ups, planks, and holds. This class is all about progressive strength building—perfect for those who want to lift heavy, move well, and develop real functional strength without the high-impact or high-heart-rate elements.

  • RevFit Foundations is a 6-Week Strength Training Series designed to help women build a strong core foundation and improve overall strength. These sessions are perfect for women who are pregnant, postpartum, new to strength training, or as an addition to or transition from physical therapy.

Each 45-min class is co-led by our partnered pelvic floor physical therapists and our certified pre/postpartum corrective exercise specialists.

Classes are limited to 6 participants to ensure a more personalized and supported approach is achieved. For more information, join the waitlist! Sessions run periodically throughout the year.

What Our Members Are Saying

Real words from real women. Here's how RevFit has helped our members feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in their bodies—both in the studio and beyond.

"I have been working out with RevFit Wellness since I was 12 weeks postpartum, and it’s truly changed my life! As a lifelong runner and reluctant strength trainer, I wanted to return to fitness in a way that felt healthy and sustainable for my body. I joined RevFit’s Foundations class and then went on to attend LIFT several times a week. This is the only strength training I have been to stick with and I credit that to Larsyn’s fun and intuitive workouts, ability to modify for all levels, and the amazing group of diverse women in our classes who feel like family!"

"I have tried many different gym experiences and I just never stuck with them. Mostly because I didn't know what I was doing or I wasn't sure if my form was off and I just felt silly. RevFit with Larsyn helped my workout confidence grow more and more with each class. Not only that but I could feel my strength and balance increasing as well! She was great at correcting form without making anyone feel silly. The small class size really provided a sense of comradery - like we were all on the same team working towards the same goal of healthiness!"

"I was first introduced to RevFit Wellness after being treated for chronic pelvic floor dysfunction. After being diagnosed with uterine cancer in my late 20s, I had many abdominal surgeries that left my deep core and pelvic floor muscles very weak. At the recommendation of my physical therapist, I joined the inaugural Foundations series which was the perfect beginner’s level course to help me start the process of re-training the muscles of my core. I then transitioned to the LIFT classes two times per week which has helped me build muscle and gain strength in my upper and lower body in addition to my deep core. RevFit has had such a profound impact on my overall physical and mental health!"

  • For in-gym classes, bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a fitness mat. We provide all necessary equipment for each class, but for Mat Pilates, Flow, Barre, & LIFT it’s best to bring your own mat.

  • Yes, we do! Our certified personal trainers can create a customized fitness plan tailored to your goals. Personal training sessions can be booked individually or in packages. Contact us to learn more and schedule a session.

  • We do not offer supervised child care. However, we are a child friendly facility and offer a “Kids Corner” space for your child to play in while you workout. Children are the sole responsibility of the parent/caregiver and we ask that the supervising adult help the child maintain positive behavior while in our facility. Strollers and car seats for children under 2 are highly recommended and allowed in our facility. We do not want your child to be an excuse for you to not get in a workout and we will do our best to accommodate you and your children.

  • Our studio only has two dedicated spaces for our facility in front of our building. Public Parking is down the street just on the other side of The Junction Cafe and we highly recommend parking there and walking down. It’s a quick walk and a great little warm up to your workout at RevFit. And we highly encourage walking or biking to the studio for those who live locally.

  • ABSOLUTELY! All of our classes are designed to support all ages and all stages of life! Whether you are a beginner and brand new to your fitness journey or you have been on a fitness journey for decades, you will be supported in every class! Our members are also highly encouraging of each other and if it’s your first time in the gym, you will feel the camaraderie and support the moment you walk into the room. We’ve got you!

  • Our studio and our Studio classes are designed specifically for women. We aim to keep this a female only space to provide specific support for our female members and create a safe space for female specific conversations to take place and support to be provided. On occasion we will open specific events or classes to men and women, so please stay tuned to our email list or social media when those classes come available.

  • Our application portal is always open! As we continue to grow and support our community, we will need more highly qualified and dedicated trainers, instructors, and staff members to join our team. If you are interested in applying to join our mission and support our community, please contact the studio for more information. We can’t wait to meet you!
